Program Overview

Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO), a prominent public sector entity, invites applications for its Paid Internship Program for the fiscal year 2025-26. This program offers a valuable opportunity for fresh and dynamic graduates to gain practical experience and professional skills. The internship in the Operations department is specifically designed for aspiring engineers to work in a real-world environment and contribute to the company's operational excellence.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this internship, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Qualification: B.Sc / BE in Electrical or Electronic Engineering with a valid PEC registration.
• Academic Performance: Must have obtained at least 60% marks or a CGPA of 2.5/4.0 from an HEC-recognized university.
• Graduation Date: The degree must have been completed within the last two years.
• Age Limit: The maximum age limit is 30 years as of the application deadline.
• Current government or semi-government employees are not eligible to apply.

Internship Details

The internship has an initial duration of six months, which may be extended based on performance and company needs. Interns will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 40,000. This internship does not guarantee future employment with HESCO.

Application Process

Interested candidates must apply online through the official HESCO website at www.hesco.gov.pk. The last date for online submission is July 1, 2025. After applying online, applicants must send a printout of the application form along with attested copies of their educational documents to the following address:

Applications that are incomplete or received after the due date will not be considered.
