Program Overview

Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO), a leading Public Sector Utility Company under the Ministry of Energy (Power Division), is offering a paid internship program for graduates and early-career professionals. Role and Department Overview

As an HR/Admin Intern, you will be involved in the daily activities of the human resources and administration departments. Your tasks may include assisting with recruitment, employee records management, payroll processing, and general administrative support. This internship will provide a solid understanding of HR and administrative functions in a corporate environment.

Required Qualifications

To be eligible for an internship in the HR / Admin department, you must have one of the following qualifications:

MBA
MPA (HRM)
Equivalent Business-related degree

Internship Duration and Stipend

The internship will be offered for an initial period of 06 months, extendable based on performance (maximum two years). Interns will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 40,000/-, with a 20% increase on each extension.

Eligibility Criteria and Application Process

Candidates must meet the following general criteria:

Possess the requisite qualification from an HEC-recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks or a 2.5 CGPA.
The maximum age limit is 30 years.
