Job Overview and Responsibilities
The Officer for Fraud Risk Management at PPCBL will be instrumental in bolstering the bank's defenses against financial crimes. A primary responsibility includes assisting the Manager Fraud Risk in the development and implementation of fraud risk management policies and procedures, ensuring they align with existing regulatory requirements. This role also involves meticulous record-keeping, specifically perpetrating a comprehensive database of all fraud incidents. Furthermore, the officer will be responsible for preparing and submitting detailed reports concerning various types of criminal activities such as forgeries, dacoities, robberies, and thefts, ensuring accurate and timely summation to the relevant regulators. This position is vital for maintaining the integrity of the bank's operations and compliance with industry standards.Qualifications and Experience
For the Officer, Fraud Risk Management position, a minimum Bachelor's Degree from an HEC recognized University is required. Preferred academic backgrounds include Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Applicants must have a minimum of two years of post-qualification experience, with a significant portion of this experience gained in a similar fraud risk management or financial crime prevention role within the banking sector. Experience in policy implementation, incident database management, and regulatory reporting is highly valued.Application Process
