Job Overview

PPCBL is hiring a Unit Manager - Credit Administration Division (CAD). Risk-related certification preferred will be added an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee loan/credit processing and documentation compliance
Monitor disbursed loans for adherence to terms and repayment schedules
Maintain accurate records and resolve documentation gaps with branches
Prepare periodic compliance and activity reports for management
Implement SOPs, support audits, and mentor junior staff
