Product Manager (Assets & Liabilities)

Job Summary

As a Product Manager for Assets & Liabilities at The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd., you will be instrumental in supporting the strategic development and management of banking products. This role involves active participation in the entire product lifecycle, from market research to post-launch performance analysis, ensuring that products meet customer needs and regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess a Minimum Bachelor's Degree from an HEC recognized University. A strong professional background is required, with at least 05 years of post-qualification experience. Within this, a minimum of 02 years of experience in a similar product management position specifically within a bank or a reputable financial institution, focusing on assets and liabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, strategic development, and efficient execution of Agri / retail Banking Products, covering both assets and liabilities.
• Conduct in-depth market research, comprehensive competitor analysis, and customer surveys to identify current product gaps and potential opportunities.
• Prepare detailed product proposals, robust business cases, and comprehensive financial analyses for management review and approval processes.
• Assist in product rollout and seamless implementation, ensuring operational readiness, process alignment, and effective IT integration.
• Track and meticulously analyze product performance, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and customer feedback, recommending enhancements where necessary.
• Ensure rigorous regulatory compliance and promptly update product features in line with SBP guidelines and internal policies.
• Develop comprehensive product manuals, training modules, and circulars to facilitate effective communication with branches and zonal offices.
• Coordinate effectively with branches/zones to drive product awareness, adoption, and sales targets.
• Generate and present management information systems (MIS) dashboards and performance reports for senior management decision-making, providing actionable insights.
