Job Summary
As the Marketing, Services & Corporate Communication Head, you will be instrumental in shaping the public image and market strategy of The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd. This leadership role involves overseeing all marketing activities, corporate communications, and service promotions to strengthen the bank's brand and engage with its target audience effectively.Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must hold a Minimum Bachelor's Degree from an HEC recognized University. A strong professional background is required, with at least 05 years of post-qualification experience, including a minimum of 03 years in a similar position within a bank or a reputable financial institution, demonstrating a proven track record in marketing and corporate communications.Roles & Responsibility
- Craft and execute comprehensive strategies for all marketing teams, encompassing Digital, Advertising, Communications, and Creative aspects.
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the entire Marketing department, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Set, monitor, and report on team goals and key performance indicators to ensure alignment with the bank's strategic objectives.
- Drive branding, strategic positioning, and pricing strategies to enhance the bank's competitive advantage in the market.
- Ensure a strong and consistent brand message across all communication channels and marketing efforts, including live events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material.
- Analyze consumer behavior and determine precise customer personas to tailor marketing efforts more effectively.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to reach new market segments and strategically expand market share.
- Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans for the marketing team, fostering talent development and growth.
- Monitor competition, acquisitions, pricing changes, and the introduction of new products and features to stay ahead in the dynamic market.
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Actively participate in quarterly and annual planning of company objectives, contributing to the overall strategic direction of The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd.
