Digital Marketing Strategist

About the Role

The Human Rights & Minorities Affairs Department requires a Digital Marketing Strategist for its Lahore office on a contract basis (FY 2024-25, extendable). This role is key to the success of the digital campaign under the 'Capacity Building of Human Rights Cell' project, focusing on strategy, execution, and analysis of digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Set targets and build strategies to achieve project projections for relevant segments.
• Create and test ad copy for operational efficiency.
• Create and optimize landing pages to increase signups.
• Develop and implement campaigns to improve lead quality and outperform competitors.
• Perform data analysis on web traffic and other key metrics.
• Monitor KPIs and set up mechanisms to measure multiple campaigns across online channels.
• Draw meaningful conclusions from campaign data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Communicate campaign developments, timelines, and results with team members.
• Conduct testimonials/surveys of the public availing services, potentially involving fieldwork.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 16 years of education with a Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / IT / Software Engineering from an HEC recognized institute.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Age Limit: 25-30 years. Age relaxation is applicable as per Government Policy.
