Position Overview

The primary responsibility of this position is to undertake the audit and evaluation of tender documents and contracts, including service agreements. The incumbent must ensure strict compliance with the Public Procurement Rules (PPRA) in all procurement and tendering activities.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct audits and evaluations of tender documents and contracts.
Ensure all procurement activities are in compliance with Public Procurement Rules.
Review service agreements and other contractual documents for financial and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should meet one of the following criteria:

CA/ACMA: A freshly qualified Chartered Accountant or Cost & Management Accountant with strong knowledge of PPRA.
ACCA/MBA: An ACCA qualification or an MBA (preferably in Finance) from an HEC-recognized university with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
