Position Overview

The main purpose of this position is to support management in supervising and guiding the team responsible for maintaining records and incorporating expenditures on the ERP system. The role also involves evaluating system-based budgetary controls, reviewing project capitalization, and ensuring the accurate circulation of financial reports.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and guide the team in maintaining records and ERP entries.
Evaluate system-based budgetary controls and review the capitalization of long-outstanding projects.
Ensure accurate circulation of financial reports related to deferred credits and IFRS 15.
Record advances from consumers for development projects.
Organize budget preparations and evaluate variances of expenditures for review by senior management.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must satisfy one of these requirements:

CA/ACMA: A freshly qualified Chartered Accountant or Cost & Management Accountant.
ACCA/MBA: An ACCA qualification or an MBA in Finance from an HEC-recognized university with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
