Job Overview

SSGC is looking to hire a Deputy Manager - Tender Enquiry (Job Code 8433-02) for its Procurement department. This position ensures meticulous handling of tender enquiry documentation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

The main mandate of this position is to compile all the case files (i.e., SC, FP, and LP) by ensuring that the Enquiry Status report, PPRA, SSGC Advertisement, Memo Publication, Press Clipping (for Press Tenders only), etc. are attached and ensure all processes comply with PPRA rules.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: MBA preferably in Supply Chain from HEC recognized university.
• Experience: At least 4 years of experience.
• Certification: Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent will be an added advantage.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Experience of PPRA rules and regulations is mandatory.
