Center for Autism Rehabilitation and Training, Sindh (C-ARTS) is hiring a Manager Procurement for their Karachi operations. The ideal candidate will oversee all procurement processes and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities and Competencies

• Ability to lead and manage the procurement department of the organisation.
• Ensure effective implementation of Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) Rules, regulations, procedures, and guidelines in procurement activities.
• Strong analytical and evaluation skills (technical & financial bids).
• Contract management and vendor negotiation skills.
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills.

Qualification and Experience

• Qualification: MBA/Masters from a recognized university or equivalent from a foreign institution.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of corporate experience.
