Position Details and Requirements

Applications are invited for the G-17 position of Manager Institutional Based Practice at Khyber Teaching Hospital (MTI). This role focuses on the administrative management and improvement of institutional healthcare practices.

Qualifications:

• MBBS or Master's Degree (16 years of education) in Management, Healthcare, or Public Health from an HEC/PMC recognized university.

Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification administrative experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in the HR department of tertiary care teaching hospitals is preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare hospital-related key performance indicators (KPIs) is highly desirable.
• An advantage will be given to candidates with knowledge of ISO certification, Joint Commission's standards, and equality improvement processes.
• The candidate must be computer literate.
