Job Overview

National Insurance Company Limited (NICL), a premier public sector organization and a leading name in Pakistan's General Insurance industry, invites applications from accomplished, result-oriented, and dynamic professionals for the Manager Human Resource Karachi based position.

Qualification and Experience

Applicants must have a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM), Business Administration or 4 years bachelor's degree (16 years of education) or relevant equivalent qualification from a local/foreign institute/university recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan with at least 60% marks. Professional certification in HRM will be an added advantage.
Candidates must have a minimum of 06 years of experience, with at least 03 years at senior level, preferably in a reputable organization, particularly a public-sector corporate entity governed by the SOE Act. Candidates having strong knowledge of labor and employment laws, HR systems, policies and procedures, performance management, recruitment, employee relations and employee engagement practices, along with sound communication and problem-solving skills, will be preferred.

Age and General Conditions

Maximum age limit is 35 years on the closing date of advertisement. Applicants currently working in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous Bodies must provide a NOC at the time of interview.
