Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must hold a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM), Business Administration or a 4 years bachelor's degree (16 years of education) or relevant equivalent qualification from a local/foreign institute/university recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan with at least 60% marks. Professional certification in HRM will be an added advantage.
Candidates must have a minimum of 06 years of experience, with at least 03 years at senior level, preferably in a reputable organization, particularly a public-sector corporate entity governed by the SOE Act.
