Center for Autism Rehabilitation and Training, Sindh (C-ARTS) is looking for a professional Manager HR to manage human resource operations at their Karachi center.

Key Responsibilities and Competencies

• Ability to lead and manage the entire HR function of the organization.
• Manage and supervise the preparation, verification, and timely generation of monthly payroll.
• Develop and implement effective systems for job description (JD) development and employee performance evaluation, including preparation and periodic review of JDs, performance appraisals, KPIs, performance reviews, and recommendations for promotions, training, and professional development.
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Advise management for Human Resource Planning.

Qualification and Experience

• Qualification: MBA in Human Resource Management.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HRM.
