Job Summary

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess a Minimum Bachelor's Degree from an HEC recognized University. A solid professional background is essential, with at least 05 years of post-qualification experience. Within this, a minimum of 02 years of experience in a similar digital banking position is specifically required, demonstrating practical knowledge and proven ability in the field.

Skills Required

• Demonstrated experience in digital banking, product management, and managing digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong and comprehensive understanding of digital banking technologies, market trends, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven expertise in managing mobile/internet banking platforms, digital wallets, or digital onboarding solutions.

Roles & Responsibility

• Drive the meticulous development, effective implementation, and strategic optimization of digital banking platforms and related services.
• Identify market trends, evolving customer needs, and emerging technologies to propose and develop innovative digital initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define robust product roadmaps, features, and delivery timelines, ensuring timely project completion.
• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for digital initiatives, from their initial business case to the final go-live stage, ensuring smooth execution.
• Liaise effectively with third-party vendors and FinTech partners to ensure timely delivery and service-level compliance.
• Ensure all digital solutions are compliant with regulatory requirements set by SBP, data privacy regulations, and cybersecurity protocols.
• Guide and support junior team members in daily operations and project deliverables, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Assist the Deputy Head of Digital Banking in strategic planning, budgeting, and all necessary board presentations.
