Job Summary

This leadership role is designed to drive The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd.'s digital transformation agenda. The Digital Transformation & Innovation Head will be responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of innovative digital banking solutions. This includes overseeing mobile banking, internet banking, digital wallets, and exploring emerging technologies like FinTech and open banking to enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

Prospective candidates must hold a Minimum Bachelor's Degree from an HEC recognized University. A strong background is required, with at least 05 years of post-qualification experience, including a minimum of 03 years specifically in a similar position within a bank or a reputable financial institution. This ensures candidates possess the necessary industry knowledge and leadership capabilities for this demanding role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the comprehensive design and meticulous planning for various digital banking services, including mobile banking, internet banking, digital wallets, and alternative delivery channels.
• Develop and execute strategic digital product roadmaps specifically tailored for Agri / retail banking segments.
• Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessments to identify and capitalize on new product opportunities.
• Actively explore and integrate innovation opportunities, focusing on FinTech, open banking, APIs, and other emerging technologies to keep The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd. at the forefront of digital banking.
• Collaborate closely with CIO, operations, and compliance teams to ensure all products meet regulatory and risk standards.
• Define and uphold high-quality customer experience (CX/UX) standards, guaranteeing seamless user journeys across all digital platforms.
