Position Overview

The purpose of this position is to supervise the preparation of the annual capital budget in accordance with SSGC's rules and regulations. The role involves planning and providing comprehensive analysis and reporting on all capital projects, reporting financial information to senior management, and maintaining capital expenditure policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the preparation of the annual capital budget.
Provide comprehensive analysis and reporting on all capital projects.
Report financial information to senior management regarding capital projects.
Maintain and ensure adherence to capital expenditure policies and procedures.
Facilitate user departments in responding to queries received through the Prime Minister Delivery Unit dashboard.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must satisfy one of these requirements:

CA/ACMA: A freshly qualified Chartered Accountant or Cost & Management Accountant.
ACCA/MBA: An ACCA qualification or an MBA in Finance from an HEC-recognized university with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
