Import Executive (Post-Shipment)

Job Overview

FF Steel, a leading Grade 60 & 80 Steel Bars manufacturer with large-scale production units in Lahore and Peshawar, is seeking talented, passionate, and energetic professionals for their Supply Chain Department (Imports Section). The Import Executive (Post-Shipment) will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth import operations and managing post-shipment documentation efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing import documentation and coordinating with shipping lines, ports, and customs clearing agencies.
• Reconciling invoices from shipping lines, ports, and customs clearing agencies.
• Calculating landed costs and processing AP invoices generated in SAP for all imported shipments.
• Ensuring compliance with Letters of Credit (LC) and Incoterms.

Requirements & Eligibility

Education: BBA, B.Com, ICMA, or MBA in Finance.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in import management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Skills: Knowledge of Letters of Credit (LC) and Incoterms, proficiency in MS Office, strong written and verbal communication, and strong analytical skills. Hands-on experience with SAP or any other ERP software will be preferred. Candidates residing near Manga Raiwind Road, Lahore, will be given preference.
