HR Officer - Payroll

Job Overview

Fazal Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Officer - Payroll to join their team in Multan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling worker and staff payroll accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll for the Bedding division's workers and staff accurately and on time.
• Maintain attendance, overtime, and leave records and reconcile them against payroll inputs.
• Calculate and process EOBI, Social Security, and other statutory deductions.
• Prepare payroll reports, arrears, and full-and-final settlements.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policy in all payroll matters.
• Coordinate with Finance for payroll disbursement and with production/admin for attendance data verification.
• Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, and pay slips.
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records in the HRIS/payroll system.

Skills Required

• Strong command of MS Excel; experience with payroll/HRIS software.
• High accuracy and attention to detail with numbers.
• Working knowledge of EOBI, social security, and PF regulations.
• Ability to meet strict monthly payroll deadlines.
