Job Overview

The Bank of Punjab is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of Head of Marketing Strategy And Branding (Grade: Band-5 to Band-3). The selected candidate will be responsible for leading brand strategies, marketing plans, budget management, and multi-channel campaigns.

Major Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand identity and market positioning.
• Formulate and execute marketing plans in alignment with overall business objectives.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Collaborate effectively with business teams, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to oversee ATL and BTL marketing campaigns.
• Spearhead the launch and management of social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
• Drive the creation of diverse content types to support brand initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an HEC-recognized or foreign institution.
Age: Not more than 55 years as of the date of application.
Experience: Minimum 12 years of banking or non-banking experience of managing strategy teams and strategic initiatives.
