Job Overview

PPCBL is seeking a Head Credit Underwriting Unit (CUU) & (CAD) to oversee credit operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee CUU, CAD, Credit Risk, ECIB, and Analytics functions
Ensure compliance with SBP regulations and internal credit policies
Supervise credit underwriting, financial analysis, and collateral validation
Monitor portfolio quality, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions
Lead teams, strengthen SOPs, and present reports to senior management
