Company Overview

Reko Diq Mining Company, a major mining project in Balochistan operated by Barrick in partnership with the Government, is expanding its team.

Position Summary

Based at the Reko Diq Mine Site, Balochistan, within the Travel & Facilities department, the Fleet Supervisor will manage all aspects of the company's vehicle fleet operations. This includes ensuring optimal vehicle utilization, maintenance scheduling, cost control, and compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Key Qualifications and Experience

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet management. Experience in mining or construction environments is preferred.
• Requirements: Familiarity with fleet management systems and heavy equipment. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Manage fleet operations to ensure optimal vehicle use and maintenance. Monitor schedules, fuel consumption, and costs. Conduct regular inspections for safety and efficiency. Maintain site facilities, including airstrips and equipment. Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety, environmental policies, and RDMC standards, addressing any non-compliance promptly.
