Program Details

As part of its 2025-26 Paid Internship Program, HESCO is offering opportunities for aspiring finance professionals. This internship aims to provide hands-on experience in the finance department of a major public sector company. Interns will be exposed to various financial operations, accounting procedures, and reporting mechanisms, providing a solid launchpad for their careers.

Candidate Requirements

To qualify for the Finance Internship, candidates must have:

Qualification: CA/CMA (Intermediate), CIMA, ACCA qualified, MBA (Finance), M.Com, or an equivalent degree.
Academic Performance: A minimum of 60% marks or a CGPA of 2.5/4.0 from an HEC-recognized university/institution.
Graduation Period: Must have completed their degree within the last two years.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years of age.
Serving employees of government or semi-government organizations are ineligible.

Internship Terms

The internship duration is initially for six months, extendable based on performance. A monthly stipend of Rs. 40,000 will be provided. This is a training opportunity and does not lead to permanent employment.
