Organization Overview

The Health Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites online applications from eligible candidates (domicile holders of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa/Merged Districts) for its Project Management & Implementation Unit (PMIU). The PMIU is responsible for the 'Revamping of Non-Teaching DHQ Hospitals' project across the province. Positions are offered on a contract basis, initially for 1 year, extendable as per government policy.

Position Summary

The Director Operations & Implementation (BPS-19) will play a key leadership role in managing the operational aspects and execution of the hospital revamping project under the PMIU.

Qualification Criteria

MBA/MS Project Management/MBBS/BDS/Masters in Public Health/Health Administration/Health Management from any institution recognized by PMDC OR Doctorate/ M. Phil in Public Health or Health Administration or Health Management OR equivalent qualification from any recognized University.

Experience Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience in public/Private sector management.

Age Limit

Maximum up to 50 years.

Application Process via ETEA

1. Interested candidates must first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online.
2. Create a profile on the ETEA website. Before applying/depositing the fee, candidates must print an E-Sahulat token from ETEA's website and get their CNIC No. verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without verification, application is not possible.
3. After successful online application submission, a prescribed online deposit slip (with token number, project code, personal information) will be generated.
4. Take a printout of the deposit slip and deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) through Easypaisa app/Agent, Jazz Cash App/Agent, or at any branch of UBL bank via UBL OMNI agent.
5. Keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) with the bank stamp safely. Do NOT send documents/testimonials to ETEA; these will be required later for scrutiny.
6. Online application forms are available from 23-04-2025.
7. The last date for submission of the online application is 09-05-2025.
8. Test date, time, and venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip.
9. Candidates will be informed via SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk.
10. Do not use ported/converted mobile numbers.
11. No separate call letter will be issued for the screening test via postal/courier means.

Terms & Conditions

Appointment is purely on contract basis for 1 year (extendable). The post is project-based and will stand abolished upon project completion. Domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa/Merged Districts is required. Screening test conducted by ETEA. Only shortlisted candidates (based on test) called for interview. Original documents needed at interview. No TA/DA admissible. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
