Job Overview

Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites applications for the position of Deputy Manager (Legal & Contract) on a contract basis. The successful candidate will handle legal matters, contracts, corporate issues, and regulatory litigation for the organization under the Ministry of Energy (Power Division).

Required Qualification and Experience

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• LLB (16 years) or LLM degree from an HEC recognized university.
• Minimum 05 years of post-qualification experience in contract, corporate, commercial law, or regulatory litigation.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the power, energy sector, or public sector entities.
