Contract Management Specialist

Job Profile

Reporting to CEO TransPeshawar, the Contract Management Specialist is responsible for coordinating all activities associated with the contract administration within the Company during the life cycle of the contracts. Responsibilities include negotiating, writing, monitoring and evaluating contracts; including ensuring compliance with federal and provincial laws and regulations.

Required Qualification and Experience

Qualification: At least 16 years of education in Engineering, Business Studies, Economics, Law or a related field from a recognized university. A Master's degree in Engineering, Business Studies, Economics, Law or a related field from a recognized university will be an added advantage.
Experience: At least 08 years of post-qualification relevant experience in contract lifecycle management, handling legal agreements, service contracts, or vendor agreements, contractual compliance, and legal, financial, and operational matters of contracts. Experience in contracts management with International Financial Institutions or Multilateral Banks shall be considered an advantage.
Age Requirement: Up to 50 years on closing date of applications.
