Position Overview

The purpose of this position is to lead the development of financial planning and budgeting processes for capital projects, revenue, and costs. The role includes the maintenance and implementation of budget procedures, working with project teams, and developing comprehensive financial reports and analysis for senior management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the financial planning and budgeting process.
Maintain and implement budget procedures.
Work with capital project teams to develop budgets and reconcile them with project and operational plans.
Develop financial reports, analysis, forecasting, and trending of budget performance.
Supervise timely response to complaints/queries received through the Prime Minister Delivery Unit dashboard.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must satisfy one of the following requirements:

CA/ACMA: A qualified Chartered Accountant or Cost & Management Accountant with a minimum of 4 years of post-membership experience.
ACCA/MBA: An ACCA qualification or an MBA in Finance from an HEC-recognized university with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
