Program Details

HESCO's 2025-26 Paid Internship Program includes opportunities in the Customer Services department. This internship will provide exposure to customer relationship management, service delivery, and marketing strategies in the power distribution sector. It is an excellent starting point for a career in customer-centric roles.

Candidate Requirements

To be eligible for this internship, you must have:

Qualification: MBA (Marketing) or an equivalent degree.
Academic Standing: A minimum of 60% marks or a CGPA of 2.5/4.0 from an HEC-recognized institution.
Graduation: Must have graduated within the past two years.
Age: Maximum 30 years of age.
Serving government or semi-government employees cannot apply.

Internship Terms

The internship is for an initial period of six months and comes with a monthly stipend of Rs. 40,000. An extension may be offered based on performance. This training program does not guarantee a permanent job at HESCO.
