Ltd. is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Supervisor specializing in Formwork to join our team for the prestigious Wärtsilä Reko Diq Balochistan Project. This is a full-time, project-site based position with 04 vacancies available. As a Civil Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing formwork activities, ensuring compliance with project standards, and contributing to the successful completion of this large-scale project in Reko Diq, Balochistan.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

The selected Civil Supervisor - Formwork will be responsible for a range of critical tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient progress of the project. Your role will involve:

• Supervising and executing all formwork activities in strict compliance with project drawings, specifications, and established standards.
• Monitoring quality control diligently to ensure formwork is accurately set for all structural concrete works.
• Planning, organizing, and overseeing manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure the timely completion of all assigned formwork tasks.
• Coordinating effectively with site engineers, subcontractors, and foremen to promptly resolve any technical and operational issues that may arise.
• Preparing and submitting accurate daily progress reports to keep all stakeholders informed.
• Ensuring strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Checking and approving materials designated for formwork activities before their use on site.
• Providing expert technical guidance to formwork teams to ensure precision and efficiency in their work.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes

To be considered for the Civil Supervisor - Formwork position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Education: A Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE Civil) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution is required.

Experience: Applicants must have a minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant site supervision experience specifically in formwork. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in industrial, infrastructure, or mining projects.

Technical Expertise: Strong candidates will possess in-depth knowledge of various formwork systems, shuttering methods, and concrete pouring sequences. Familiarity with Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) procedures and site documentation is essential, as is the ability to accurately read and interpret complex construction drawings and specifications.

Software Skills: Proficiency in standard office software, including MS Excel, MS Word, and attendance management systems, is a must for daily reporting and record-keeping.

Personal Attributes: We are looking for individuals who are honest, reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented. Candidates should possess good organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure in challenging site conditions. A willingness to be based full-time at the Reko Diq Project in Balochistan is also a key requirement.
