Job Responsibilities

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will be at the helm of the company's financial strategy and operations. Your core responsibilities will include financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will lead financial reporting, manage investments, oversee risk management, and provide strategic financial advice to the CEO and board of directors, driving the company's profitability and long-term financial health.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must hold professional certifications such as CA, ACMA, ACCA, or CFA, or be a member of a recognized body of Professional Accountants. An MBA in Finance from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) is also an acceptable qualification. A minimum of 10 to 12 years of post-qualification experience is essential. Preference will be given to candidates with at least 7 to 8 years of experience in the same or a relevant senior financial position within public sector companies, demonstrating a strong track record of financial leadership.
