Wing Head - Roshan Digital Account

About the Role

The National Bank of Pakistan is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of Wing Head - Roshan Digital Account (VP) based in Karachi. The successful candidate will report to the Divisional Head - Remittances & NRP and will be responsible for developing and executing the overall business strategy for the Roshan Digital Account (RDA) portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• To develop and execute the overall business strategy for the Roshan Digital Account (RDA) portfolio, ensuring alignment with the Bank's strategic objectives.
• To lead the acquisition, growth and retention of overseas Pakistani customers across all target segments.
• To oversee the development, enhancement and lifecycle management of RDA products and digital banking solutions.
• To collaborate closely with Marketing, Digital Banking, Operations, IT, Compliance, and Risk Management units.
