Job Overview

Applications are invited for the position of Assistant Director Capacity Building on a contract basis for the Center for Excellence on Countering Violent Extremism, Home Department, Government of Sindh.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Education, Human Resource, Commerce, Management Sciences, Public Administration.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Preparing training manuals, conducting training of trainers (ToT), organizing workshops for Law Enforcement Agencies, Youth, Religious Leaders, Women and Community Representatives.
Preferences: Preference will be given to the candidate with experience of working with law enforcement agencies in capacity building, training design, curriculum development, workshop management.
