Position Overview

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) is seeking qualified individuals for three (03) merit-based positions of Airport Manager (EG-07) on a contract basis. The positions are located one each at Bacha Khan Int'l Airport, Peshawar, Quetta Int'l Airport & Multan Int'l Airport. The selection process emphasizes suitability and merit.

Qualifications

Applicants must hold a Graduate or Postgraduate degree from an accredited University, with at least a 2nd Division or equivalent.

Professional Experience

  • Requires a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in the field of Aviation or Armed Forces or Corporate/ Multinational Organization.
  • At least three (03) years of this experience must be at a senior/decision-making level.
  • Must possess demonstrated experience in Time, People, Financial and Commercial/ Project/Contract Management.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in handling operations & management of mega projects / organizations / airports.

Contract Period & Pay

  • The contract term is three (03) years and is extendable.
  • The position offers a lump sum pay package of PKR 479,370/- per month (Negotiable).
  • Includes a 05% annual increment.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit is 52 years, including all applicable age relaxations.
