Anjuman Nawjawanan Charsadda (ANC) has an opening for an Admin & HR Officer to support its new Project 'SPEECH'. This role, based in Charsadda, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, will manage administrative and human resources functions critical to the project's operations. The successful candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day office management and HR processes.Key Responsibilities
The Admin & HR Officer will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, payroll, office administration, procurement, and logistics. Maintaining records, ensuring compliance with policies, and supporting the project team will be integral parts of this position.Qualifications and Experience
- Qualification: MBA (HRM/Finance), Public Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of prior experience in HR, Administrative Officer roles, or related positions is highly desirable.
