Job Overview

Anjuman Nawjawanan Charsadda (ANC) is seeking a dedicated and experienced M&E Officer for its new initiative, Project 'SPEECH'. This position is based in Charsadda, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The M&E Officer will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating project activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and reporting on progress. This role is crucial for the success and impact of Project 'SPEECH'.

Key Responsibilities

The M&E Officer will be tasked with developing and implementing M&E plans, collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports, and providing feedback to the project team. Ensuring data quality and contributing to learning and accountability frameworks will also be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications and Experience

• Qualification: Master's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in the related field, specifically within the developmental sector.
