Job Overview

National Bank of Pakistan invites applications for the position of Wing Head - DBG Strategy and Business Planning (VP / SVP) in Karachi. The role involves developing and maintaining the Digital Banking Strategy Roadmap aligned with the Bank's corporate strategy.
The ideal candidate will lead strategic presentations, reports, and submissions for Senior Management, the Board, and Regulators.

Educational Qualifications

• Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university recognized by the HEC of Pakistan.
• Candidates having Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or Information Technology and/or relevant certifications in Certified Digital Business Strategist, CFA, PMP, or Certified Product Manager (AIPMM) will be preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 08 years of experience in Digital Banking and/or Business Strategy and/or Strategic Planning within Fintech and/or Telecom and/or Digital Banking and/or Financial Institutions, including 04 years of experience in a managerial role driving Digital Transformation and/or Business Planning Initiatives.
• Experience in developing and implementing enterprise-wide digital banking strategy will be preferred.
