Warehouse Manager

Job Overview

Mohsin Saeed Fabrics is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and results-driven Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations with excellence, efficiency, and integrity. You will be responsible for overseeing overall inventory management, warehouse daily operations, team leadership, vendor and supplier management, reporting and documentation, as well as cost control and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management: Ensure accurate stock recording and reporting, maintain optimal stock levels, minimize shrinkage, and conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations.
Warehouse Operations: Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop the warehouse team, promote discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement, and ensure health, safety, and compliance standards.
Vendor & Supplier Management: Manage vendor relations for timely deliveries, negotiate and monitor vendor performance, and resolve vendor-related issues effectively.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records and maintain warehouse MIS reports, and analyze warehouse performance to suggest improvements.
Cost Control & Efficiency: Optimize warehouse processes and resource utilization, and control operational costs to improve overall efficiency.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in retail, fashion, or garment industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehousing systems, and ERP.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools.
