Job Overview

Fazaia Schools and Colleges invites applications for the position of Vice Principal at Fazaia Degree College Rafiqui, Shorkot Cantt. This is a leadership role requiring competent and well-qualified individuals seeking a bright career under an inspiring work environment. The position is offered on a contract basis, annually renewable based on performance.

Qualification and Experience

For Retired Officers from Armed Forces:

• MA / MSc / MS in any Social Sciences Subject.
• A minimum of 15 years commissioned service.
• Preferably, Retired officers from the Education branch.

For Civilians:

• MA / MSc / MS, along with M.Ed in any social sciences subject, along with M.Ed.
• The candidate must have 15 years of teaching and administration experience.

Ineligibility Criteria

The following candidates are ineligible to apply:

• The candidates removed / dismissed, prematurely from any post at any Government or Non-government institution.
• Those removed from any Fazaia institution upon any allegation / discipline issue.
• The candidates with history of any moral turpitude, financial embezzlement or criminal offence.
• The applicants are to produce NOC of the previous institution in this regard.

Important Notes

• It is contract - based employment; annually renewable on the basis of performance and may continue for an unlimited time period on the basis of good performance.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
• TA / DA will not be admissible for interview.
• Concealment of any fact or information may lead to strict disciplinary action, even after selection.
