Fazaia Schools and Colleges invite applications for the post of Principal at a highly reputed Fazaia College located in Lahore. Eligibility and Qualification

Eligibility: Male / Female, medically fit, with an age not more than 60 years for retired Education Officer from Armed Forces and also civilian candidates. Candidates should be well-acquainted with communication, administrative, and management skills.

Qualification:

• For Retired Education Officer from Armed Forces: MA / MSc in any subject with a minimum of 15 years of commissioned service.
• For Civilians: MA / MSc & MEd in any subject, having a minimum of 5-10 years teaching and 5-10 years supervisory / administrative experience with a minimum of 15 years aggregate experience, at Intermediate or Degree College level.

Ineligibility Criteria

The following candidates are ineligible to apply:

• Candidates terminated/dismissed prematurely from any post at any Government or Non-governmental institution.
• Candidates terminated from any Fazaia institution due to any allegation/discipline issue.
• Candidates with a history of any moral turpitude, financial embezzlement, or criminal offences. Applicants are to produce NOC of the previous institution in this regard.

Pay, Perks, and Employment Terms

The selected candidate will be offered an attractive pay package. Key terms include:

• It is a contract-based employment, annually renewable on the basis of performance.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
• TA/DA will not be admissible for the interview.
• The reputation of finally selected candidates will be confirmed from his/her previous workplace.
• Concealment of any fact or information may lead to strict disciplinary action, even after the selection.
