Role Overview

Fazaia Schools and Colleges invites applications from energetic, competent, and well-qualified candidates for the post of Principal at Fazaia Inter College, PAF Camp Badaber. The institution seeks a leader to foster a bright career path for students within an inspiring work environment.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must be Male or Female, medically fit, and not more than 57 years of age. Candidates should possess excellent communication, administrative, and management skills.

Qualifications

An MA / MSc or equivalent degree in any subject is required, along with a minimum of 15 years of combined teaching and administration experience at the Intermediate or Degree College level.

Ineligibility Criteria

Candidates are ineligible if they have been:

• Terminated or dismissed prematurely from any Government or Non-governmental institution.
• Terminated from any Fazaia institution due to any allegation or discipline issue.
• Have a history of any moral turpitude, financial embezzlement, or criminal offences. (Applicants must produce an NOC from their previous institution regarding this).

Compensation and Contract

The selected candidate will be offered an attractive pay package. This is a contract-based employment, initially for a period of 02 years, renewable annually based on performance.
