Key Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of annual and interim financial statements in accordance with IFRS and other regulatory requirements
• Ensure full compliance with applicable IFRS standards including financial instruments, impairment (ECL), revenue recognition, leases, and disclosures
• Manage financial statement disclosures, notes to accounts, and related working papers
• Liaise with internal and external auditors for audit and resolve audit queries in a timely manner
• Ensure implementation of new and revised IFRS standards and assess their financial impact
• Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual internal financial reports for senior management and the Board
• Ensure compliance of Audit observations (SBP, Internal Audit & External Audit)
