Unit Head - Cash Management Sales

Job Overview

National Bank of Pakistan invites applications for the position of Unit Head - Cash Management Sales (AVP). The selected candidate will work within the Corporate and Investment Banking area to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and achieve strategic targets.

Key Responsibilities

Account Coverage: Assist Wing Head - CMD to implement business strategy, achieve sales and business targets, and manage client origination.
Business Development: Work closely with Relationship Managers to attain optimized service charges, deposit goals, and non-interest income.
Risk & Reporting: Monitor risk effectively, keep abreast of market developments, and prepare periodic reports on business unit performance.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university recognized by HEC. Master's degree or relevant certifications will be preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 06 years of experience in the Banking industry, out of which 04 years must be in Relationship Management and/or Cash Management services.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
