Role Overview

BRAINS INSTITUTE PESHAWAR has a vacancy for a Training & Development Coordinator. This role can be either Full-time or Part-time. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and coordinating training programs for faculty, staff, and potentially students, aligning with the institute's objectives.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess an MS or MBA degree from a recognized university.
Relevant experience in training coordination, curriculum development, or human resource development is required.

Key Responsibilities

Identifying training and development needs within the institute.
Designing and delivering effective training programs and workshops.
Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary adjustments.
Managing training budgets and resources.
