Role Overview
BRAINS INSTITUTE PESHAWAR invites applications for the post of Admin Officer. The Admin Officer will play a crucial role in managing administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operations, and supporting various departments within the institute. This is a key support role contributing to the overall effectiveness of the institution.Eligibility Criteria
A Graduate degree (Bachelor's degree) from an HEC recognized university.A minimum of 3 years of demonstrable relevant experience in an administrative or office management role, preferably in an educational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Overseeing daily administrative operations and office procedures.Managing correspondence, records, and documentation.
Coordinating with different departments and external stakeholders.
Assisting in organizing meetings, events, and other institutional activities.
Handling procurement of office supplies and managing facilities.
