Job Overview

Shahab Orthopaedic and General Hospital is hiring an experienced Manager HR to lead our human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Key responsibilities include managing the recruitment and selection process, bridging management and employee relations, and overseeing performance management systems.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: A Master's degree in Human Resource Management from an HEC-recognized institute is mandatory.
• Experience: Candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years of extensive experience in the HR field.
• Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills are required for this role.
