Role Overview

The National Bank of Pakistan is seeking a qualified Technical Analyst - CBA (OG-II / OG-I) to report to the Senior Technical Analyst. The candidate will be responsible for providing ongoing technical support for users of the Core Banking System, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability across systems.

Key Responsibilities

Provide ongoing technical support for users of the Core Banking System and troubleshoot system functionality issues.
Conduct solution and technical risk analysis for change requests and new solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements for core banking functionalities.
Work on the integration of the Core Banking System with other systems within the organization.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, system architecture, and configuration guides.
