Company Overview

Power Planning & Monitoring Company (PPMC) is a government-owned entity providing crucial policy, technical, and strategic support to the Ministry of Energy (Power Division). It is central to the planning and oversight of Pakistan's power sector.

Role Summary

PPMC is seeking a seasoned legal professional to lead its legal team. The Team Lead (Legal) will be responsible for providing expert legal advice, managing litigation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and handling all legal matters pertaining to the company and the power sector.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from an HEC recognized/affiliated institute/university.
• Master's degree in Law (LLM) from a recognized institute will be an added qualification.
• The candidate must have 05 years of experience as a practicing lawyer / Corporate Lawyer / In-house Counsel.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a practicing lawyer enrolled with the Bar.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit is 45 years as of the closing date of the advertisement.

General Terms and Application Process

The first 03 months of employment shall be on probation and thereafter shall be continued as per company policy. The selected candidates will be offered a market-based, competitive remuneration package, commensurate with their skills and experience.
