The Aga Khan Education Service (AKES), Pakistan, an institution of the Aga Khan Development Network, provides education to over 57,000 students across more than 150 schools and 6 hostels. AKES, Pakistan - Education Office, Gilgit, is inviting applications for its RSDU Gupis & RSDU Yasin units.Role Responsibilities
The Teacher Educators will be responsible for providing comprehensive academic, supervisory, and professional support to pre-primary teachers within the assigned region. Key responsibilities include mentoring teachers, conducting training sessions and workshops, and facilitating professional development programmes to enhance teaching quality in Early Childhood Development.Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 16 years of education, preferably in Education; B.Ed qualification is desirable.
- Six-month diploma in ECD/ECE/Montessori from a recognized institution is preferred.
- At least 3 years of teaching experience specifically in pre-primary classes.
- Strong communication, classroom management, interpersonal, and leadership skills are required.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and integrating ICT in teaching is desirable.
