Job Overview

SB Quantum is hiring experienced Supervisors for field duties in Rawalpindi, Fateh Jang, and Mansehra. The ideal candidates will possess a relevant agricultural background and hands-on experience in supervising farm operations, crop care, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• At least 3 years of experience in cultivating and maintaining medicinal and herbal plants.
• Supervise irrigation, fertilization, pruning, and harvesting activities.
• Manage daily tasks of field staff and gardeners, including work distribution.
• Monitor plantation, care, and growth of various medicinal plants.
• Ensure plant health, quality, and high productivity.
• Maintain daily records and reports regarding crops and plant care.

Requirements

• Education: Agriculture Diploma / B.Sc Agriculture
• Experience: Minimum 3 years
• Locations: Rawalpindi, Fateh Jang, Mansehra
